Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) has launched its inaugural green financial framework in a bid to boost its sustainability efforts and achieve its ESG goals, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Under the framework, the REIT will work on funding green data center projects to meet the eligibility criteria in green buildings, renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change adaptation and sustainable water management.
Investments under the framework would include acquisitions of new or existing data centers, asset enhancement initiatives and capital and operating expenditure.
