Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said Financière Eiffarie and the APRR Group collectively refinanced 2.42 billion euros in debt facilities comprising a 918 million euro term loan at Financière Eiffarie and a 1.5 billion euro revolving credit facility at APRR, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Atlas Arteria currently owns a 30.82% interest in the APRR toll road group in France.
The partners in the APRR group earlier reached an agreement to refinance the Financière Eiffarie debt facility in the first half of the year. They also agreed that 200 million euros of cash within the APRR group would be released in the second half of 2024 to pay for debt amortization for around four years.
