Eagers Automotive (ASX:APE) reported Thursday that its earnings per diluted share in 2024 fell to AU$0.801 from AU$1.105 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting an EPS of AU$0.90.
Revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$11.19 billion, up from AU$9.85 billion in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$11.13 billion.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.50 per share, unchanged from the previous reported period, payable on April 11 to shareholders on record as of March 28.
