Feb 27 (Reuters) - Australia's Mining and Energy Union said on Thursday that mining giant Rio Tinto's RIO.AX workers at Paraburdoo in Pilbara, Western Australia, will launch a majority support petition to initiate seeking guaranteed annual pay increases to keep up with the rising cost of living.
