Juniper Networks (JNPR) and IBM (IBM) said Friday they plan to integrate Juniper's Mist AI tool with IBM's watsonx AI product to improve the management of IT networks and help lower operational costs.
The companies said they will work to build out IBM's Guest Services to help automate IT network support, and IBM's AskNetwork, a tool to help diagnose and resolve network infrastructure problems.
