TKO (TKO) said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of three sports and events-related businesses from Endeavor (EDR).
The acquisition includes IMG, a sports marketing agency, excluding businesses associated with the IMG brand in licensing, models, and tennis, and golf representation, as well as its entire events portfolio, which will remain with Endeavor, the company said.
The deal also includes On Location, a ticketing service for live events, and Professional Bull Riders, a competitive bull-riding network.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
