PHOENIX (AP) — PHOENIX (AP) — Centuri Holdings Inc. (CTRI) on Wednesday reported net income of $10.3 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Phoenix-based company said it had net income of 12 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 21 cents per share.

The utility infrastructure services provider posted revenue of $717.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $6.7 million, or 8 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $2.64 billion.

Centuri expects full-year revenue in the range of $2.6 billion to $2.8 billion.
