ESR REIT (SGX:J91U) issued SG$100 million worth of SG$4.05% bonds due 2030, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The Series 010 bonds are part of the issuer's SG$750 million multicurrency debt issuance program.
DBS Bank and Oversea-Chinese Banking have been appointed as joint lead managers of the bonds, which are expected to be quoted on Feb. 28.
