GuocoLand (SGX:F17) entered into an MoU with UEM Sunrise (KLSE:UEMS) to jointly develop UEM's freehold landback in Johor, Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Under the MoU, the two companies will collaborate to enhance investment opportunities in the region.
