Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust (SGX:XZL) entered into loan facility agreements worth $95 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The trust entered into a $75 million unsecured term loan facility and a $20 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
The facilities will be used to partially refinance outstanding borrowing and for general coirporate funding purposes.
