Stealth Group Holdings (ASX:SGI) hit an all-time high on Thursday after securing distribution agreements that could help it surpass its revenue guidance, according to an Australian bourse filing.
The company secured exclusive distribution rights in Australia and New Zealand for CAT Power Tools and Wesco Power Tools through manufacturer Positec, as well as for Harden Hand Tools.
The rights for Wesco Power Tools and Harden Hand Tools are set for an initial five years, while the CAT Power Tools agreement has a three-year term.
Stealth said that if sell-through contract arrangement targets are met by the fiscal year 2028, it will then expect to top the previous guidance of AU$30 million in exclusive, private-label, and own-brand sales of the total revenue target of AU$300 million, per the filing.
Stealth Group's shares soared 21% to an all-time high in recent afternoon trade.
