Hong Seng Consolidated (KLSE:HONGSENG) is facing a lawsuit from its affiliates, Hong Seng Assembly, and Hong Seng Motor, over alleged trademark infringement and misrepresentation.
The plaintiffs are seeking injunctions, removal of infringing materials, and a company name change.
Hong Seng is currently seeking legal advice on the matter, it said.
Shares of the glove manufacturer nosedived 50% recently.
