VCPlus Ltd. (SGX:43E) will exit its joint venture with Delta Investment Holding Group and seek to offload its 5% stake in Veivo, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The fintech firm will also reallocate SG$300,000 originally set for business expansion, including the Delta venture, to its custodial services business and working capital.
