Coolan Group (SGX:BMT) secured SGX approval to extend the deadline for the submission of its audited financials, to carry out its AGM, and release its sustainability report, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The approval requires Coolan to confirm no undisclosed material information and comply with SGX disclosure rules.
The company also plans to seek more time from ACRA as its current AGM and annual return deadlines expire on Feb. 28 and March 30.
