Ramsay Health Care (ASX:RHC) appointed Goldman Sachs to advise on strategic options related to its 52.8% shareholding in European private care provider Ramsay Santé after an internal review, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is reorganizing its operating model to focus on and streamline operations in Australia, the filing said.
Ramsay Health Care shares rose nearly 13% in afternoon trade Thursday.
