Parway Life REIT's (SGX:C2PU) distribution per unit or DPU rose to SG$0.1492 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024 from SG$0.1477 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Amount available for distribution declined to SG$15.6 million from SG$45.3 million a year earlier.
Net property income fell to SG$136.6 million compared with SG$139.1 million in the comparable period.
Meanwhile, revenue declined to SG$145.3 million from SG$147.5 million a year earlier.
Shares of the REIT were up over 1% in recent trading.
