Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said Wednesday his office has sued General Motors (GM) and its subsidiary OnStar for allegedly deceiving Arkansans and selling data collected via OnStar to third parties, which then sold the data to insurance companies.

General Motors did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
