China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment sold $10 million worth of bonds issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the open market for around $9.2 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The bonds carry a coupon rate of 2.956% and will fall due May 13, 2031.
The securities broker will use proceeds from the sale for general working capital or new potential investments.
