First Interstate BancSystem's top finance executive, Marcy Mutch, is retiring from the financial holding company.
First Interstate on Tuesday said Mutch will step down as executive vice president and chief financial officer on May 31 and retire as a full-time employee of the Billings, Mont., company at the end of the year.
First Interstate said David Della Camera, currently deputy finance chief, will succeed Mutch as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 1.
Della Camera, 31 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $500,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 70% of his base pay, the company said.
Mutch joined First Interstate in 2006 and has been chief financial officer since 2015. Della Camera joined the company in 2021.
