SEI Investments (SEIC) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Sean Denham will expand his role to chief financial and chief operating officer.

Besides performing his responsibilities as CFO, Denham will oversee SEI Investments' information technology, operations, and human resources functions, the company said.
