Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) unit Keppel DC REIT Fin. Co. secured a multicurrency SG$200 million revolving credit facility, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The facility is guaranteed by Perpetual (Asia), in its capacity as trustee of Keppel DC REIT, the filing said.
