Respiri (ASX:RSH) partnered with Evolent Care Partners and Hawaii Independent Physicians Association to provide care management services to Medicare beneficiary patients in Hawaii, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will initially focus on 1,800 Medicare Shared Savings Program patients, expecting to generate per-patient per-month reimbursement revenues of $100 to $200 for services rendered, the filing said.
First patients' enrollment is expected in April, according to the filing.
Shares were down 8% in afternoon trade on Monday.
