Sheffield Green Enters JV Deal with Oceancare Technical Training Centre

Sheffield Green (SGX:SGR) signed a joint venture agreement through Wind Asia Training with Oceancare Technical Training Centre to operate and manage a training center in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Through the partnership, the two parties will provide Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization and Global Win Organization accredited courses.

Wind Asia will own a 45% stake in the JV company.
