IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 142,000 new shares following the exercise of options under its 2022 and 2023 Enterprise Option Scheme grants, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company issued 70,000 shares at 6.55 ringgit each and 9,000 shares at 5.79 ringgit each, 53,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit each and 10,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit each.
The shares were listed on March 3, the filing added.
