Chubb (CB) said Monday it has agreed to acquire the Thailand and Vietnam insurance businesses of Liberty Mutual.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The two assets offer consumer and commercial insurance products, including automotive, accident, health, and fire or property, and industrial and produced $275 million in premiums written in 2024, the company said.
The Thailand acquisition is expected to be completed in Q2 while the Vietnam deal is expected to close by late 2025 or early 2026, the company said.
