Crown International (HKG:0727) is proposing to consolidate every 20 issued shares into one consolidated share, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, a Feb. 28 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Based on the current 6,359,220,000 existing shares in issue, if the share consolidation becomes effective, the property developer will have 317,961,000 consolidated shares in issue.
The consolidation is expected to be effective March 28 if all conditions are fulfilled.
