ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) issued 4,200 new shares at SG$0.36 each through warrant exercises, raising its issued share capital to 868.5 million shares, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares, ranking pari passu with existing ones, will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on March 3. The company has 79.3 million outstanding warrants, expiring on Sept. 14, 2026.
