GKE Corp. (SGX:595) granted 3.7 million share options at SG$0.089 each under its 2021 Employee Share Option Scheme, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Executive directors Chen Yong Hua and Neo Cheow Hui received 562,000 options each, while independent directors Loy Soo Chew and Wong Quee Quee, Jeffrey were granted 36,000 each. The remaining 2.5 million options were allocated to employees.
The options for eligible employees and executive directors are valid for 10 years, while those for independent directors expire in five years.
