AEM Holdings (SGX:AWX) awarded 33,783 shares pursuant to its restricted shares plan at a market price of SG$1.48 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Shares under the restricted shares plan will be vested annually over three years with the first vesting slated for March 1, 2026.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
