Singtel (SGX:Z74) has not made many decision regarding an option for its stake in Gulf Energy Development Public Company as a merger of Gulf and Intouch Holdings, according to a report by the Singapore Business Review on Monday.
The telecom services provider agrees with the move since it simplifies its interest in its Thai associate, Advanced Info Service Public Company of which Singtel has a 24.99% stake.
