China Industrial Securities International Financial Group's (HKG:6058) subsidiary CISI Investment subscribed to bonds worth 50 million yuan issued by Zibo City Asset Operation Group, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds carrying an interest rate of 5.80% per annum will be issued on March 7, and will mature on March 7, 2028.
The company funded the subscription through internal resources.
China Industrial Securities International Brokerage was one of the lead managers of the deal.
