Avarga (SGX:U09) said its Malaysian unit and the buyer of its paper manufacturing land and building have agreed to extend the finalization of their sale and purchase agreements by two weeks to March 17, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The proposed disposal remains subject to execution of definitive agreements, and there is no assurance of completion.
