Fire Rock Proposes 20-for-1 Share Consolidation

Fire Rock (HKG:1909) proposes to consolidate every 20 existing shares in its issued and unissued share capital into one consolidated share, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Following consolidation, there will be 192 million consolidated shares in issue. The company's authorized share capital will remain unchanged at HK$20 million, but will be divided into 1.2 billion consolidated shares with a par value of HK$0.0167 each.

The share consolidation is subject to approval from the mobile games developer's shareholders.
