Better Choice (BTTR) said Friday that its acquisition target, SRx Health Solutions, has been granted a final order by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to proceed with the acquisition.
Better Choice stockholders will vote on the acquisition in a special meeting on March 21.
The company signed an agreement in September 2024 to acquire the Canadian healthcare provider in an all-stock transaction for around $125 million.
Shares of Better Choice were up 1.5% in recent trading.
