Royal Caribbean Group (RCL) said Tuesday it has introduced a new three-year financial initiative to drive its performance.
The company said the Perfecta program targets 20% compound annual growth rate in adjusted EPS compared with 2024 and a return on invested capital in the high teens as the two main goals.
Royal Caribbean said it intends to implement its "proven formula of moderate capacity growth, moderate yield growth, and strong cost control" to achieve its goals.
The shares were down over 4% in recent trading amid a broadly weaker market.
