DigitalX (ASX:DCC) interim Chief Executive Officer Greg Dooley has stepped down, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company's General Manager of Finance, Demetrios Christou will serve as interim CEO from March 3.

Christou will be receiving a salary of AU$350,000 per annum, excluding superannuation, and will be entitled to receive 2 5 million options exercisable at AU$0.10 apiece, the filing added.
