Katrina Group (SGX:1A0) increased its issued share capital to 250.5 million shares after allotting and issuing of 33,800 new shares following a warrant exercise, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares will be listed, quoted and start trading on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist Board on March 10.
Following the exercise, 214,460,308 warrants remain outstanding as of March 5.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
