ValueMax (SGX:T6I) launched the eight series of its three-month commercial paper in digital securities, priced at a 4.3% per annum, on the SDAX Exchange, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds will mature three months from the date of issuance. The company is looking to raise between SG$10 million and SG$50 million from the securities.
Shares of the company were up over 3% in recent trading.
