BP's (BP) chief executive officer Murray Auchincloss, earned 5.4 million pounds ($6.95 million) in 2024, the company said in its annual report on Thursday.
The report also showed that no bonuses were paid based on financial performance.
Additionally, Auchincloss' base pay will rise by 4%, which is in line with the increase
being awarded to the wider workforce, the company said. The base pay increase will be implemented after the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the company said.
