NEW YORK, March 06, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock, an increase from the prior quarter’s dividend of $0.35 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2025, to common stockholders of record on March 31, 2025.
