Hotel Properties' (SGX:H15) managing director, Ong Beng Seng, acquired 1.2 million shares in the company for SG$4.3 million or SG$3.58 per share, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the transaction, Ong's stake in the company has increased to 60.54% or 316 million shares.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trading.
