BSR Real Estate Investment Trust Names Cirbus CFO, Succeeding Rosenbaum

BSR Real Estate Investment Trust appointed Tom Cirbus as its chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective March 17.

Cirbus previously spent 11 years in Wells Fargo's investment banking division, BSR said Wednesday. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG as an analyst.

He succeeds Susan Rosenbaum, who has served as interim CFO since 2023, when she transitioned from the top finance role and was appointed chief operating officer.
