SY Holdings (HKG:6069) and Xinbada (Guangzhou) Technology have agreed to strategically collaborate in areas including supply chain inclusive finance within the cross-border e-commerce sector, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Under the agreement, the digital finance company will develop tailored supply chain financial solutions for Xinbada (Guangzhou) Technology to optimize the latter's cash flow and ensure efficient financial support for its operations.
The parties will use big data and AI technologies for optimized results.
Xinbada engages mainly in flexible supply chain technology for the apparel industry and serves global clients like Shein, Temu, and Cider.
