Taipei, March 5, 2025 – ETHTaipei 2025, the flagship annual gathering of the Ethereum ecosystem, will take place at POPOP Taipei in April 2025. This year, ETHTaipei joins forces with the internationally renowned hackathon organizer ETHGlobal to create a series of events featuring two days of conferences and three days of hackathons. Adding to the excitement, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin will deliver a keynote speech and participate in multiple panels, making a special appearance at the two-day conference to engage with participants.

Focus on Cutting-Edge Ethereum Technologies 

ETHTaipei 2025’s two-day conference, April 1st and 2nd, will feature Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin as a key speaker. He’ll deliver a keynote and join panels, fueling industry anticipation despite keeping his topic a surprise.

The conference agenda is structured around two tracks: Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Protocol Technology. Over 40 experts from internationally renowned teams such as the Ethereum Foundation, Arbitrum, Zircuit, Uniswap, and Polygon will deliver in-depth presentations on diverse topics including RWA (Real World Assets), security, privacy, AA wallets, ZK (Zero-Knowledge), MEV, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.

Additionally, a series of on-site technical workshops will allow participants to learn Ethereum blockchain technology from scratch, engage in hands-on practice, and build their own innovative projects. Numerous sponsors, such as Portus, imToken, Teahouse, Zircuit, Appworks, and Morph, will be present to offer attractive giveaways and booth displays. Partnership with ETHGlobal 

To further enhance international engagement, ETHTaipei 2025 is collaborating with the ETHGlobal team. With a $150,000 prize pool, the event will challenge participants to tackle cutting-edge areas such as zero-knowledge proofs (ZK), AI-crypto integration, DeFi advancements, Layer 2 scaling, and security enhancements. This partnership positions ETHTaipei 2025 as a premier international blockchain event, seamlessly integrating a high-caliber conference with a dynamic hackathon, and solidifying Taiwan’s growing prominence in the global Ethereum ecosystem.
