Resmed (ASX:RMD) founder Peter Farrell sold 2,000 of his shares in the company on the New York Stock Exchange, with an aggregate market value of $500,000, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Following the transaction, Farrell owns nearly 146.9 million shares and other units outstanding in the company.
Resmed's shares were down more than 3% in recent Thursday trade.
