REV Group (REVG) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted net income Wednesday of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.25 a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.27.
Net sales for the quarter ended Jan. 31 were $525.1 million, down from $586 million a year earlier.
Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $492.8 million.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 guidance of between $116 million and $140 million in adjusted net income on net sales of $2.30 billion and $2.40 billion. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect sales of $2.35 billion.
REV Group maintained a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on April 11 to shareholders of record as of March 28.
REV's shares were rising more than 7% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
