Amcor (ASX:AMC) Chief Executive Peter Konieczny said Amcor will be structured around two businesses, global flexibles as well as global closures and containers, once its merger with Berry Global closes, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The firm's talent selection process will identify leaders for the two businesses and a chief financial officer.
After that, it will address its global corporate functions. These leaders will then participate in confirming their respective organization designs and selecting their teams, he said.
The firm's shares fell almost 1% in recent Thursday trade.
