Sinarmas Land (SGX:A26) has secured approval from Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to extend deadlines for its annual general meeting and annual return filing for the financial year ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The property developer will now hold its AGM by June 29 and file its annual return by July 30.
Sinarmas Land had applied for the extensions in February.
