Minerals 260 (ASX:MI6) said its public offer to raise a minimum of AU$200 million before costs is now open, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company is offering up to about 1.83 billion new shares at AU$0.12 per share to raise up to AU$220 million before costs, the filing said.
