Indonesia's Consumer Confidence Index came in at 126.4 in February, down from 127.2 in January but still in positive territory, according to a Tuesday release from Bank Indonesia, citing the latest Consumer Survey conducted by Bank Indonesia in January.
The central bank attributed the sustained positive sentiment to a strong Current Economic Condition Index (CECI) and Consumer Expectation Index (CEI).
The CECI remained in optimistic territory at 114.2, up from 113.5 the month earlier; while CEI came in at 138.7, despite retreating from 140.8 in the month earlier.
